Quest Employment is currently celebrating 30 years of business and after substantial growth are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Banbury office.

Responsibilities

  • Advertise active roles through all available means
  • Actively source and qualify candidates
  • Manage the client's needs and expectations
  • Regularly attend client sites to gauge & improve service levels
  • Maintaining strong relationships with workers, clients & colleagues
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospect clients
  • Partake in sales activity including telesales & face to face meetings
  • Maintain high levels of compliance

Quest Employment Banbury specialise in the industrial sector but are not limited to this - we welcome Recruitment Consultants with expertise or bias in other sectors from commercial to technical to construction etc.

From day one you will receive a warm welcome in to the Quest family, will be set up with a buddy in branch and given a 12-week training plan to settle you in to your new role.

Quest have roles for both sales and service orientated Recruitment Consultants and would consider people from outside of the industry with transferable skills.
