Fort William, Scotland. Technician: Repair and service equipment used by our aquaculture customers, such as cameras, antennae, and control cabinets. Provide remote technical support to diagnose faults and recommend solutions. Opportunity to progress into a field service engineer role. Experience in a workshop environment repairing electrical/electronic devices is preferred. Some understanding of IT networking is a plus, but full training will be provided. Field Service Engineer: Travel to customer sites to install, service, maintain, and commission our systems. Repair and service ScaleAQ equipment at our Fort William workshop. A strong understanding of mechanical and electrical disciplines, along with good IT skills, is essential. For both roles: Complete daily timesheets and paperwork electronically. Excellent communication, self-motivation, willingness to learn, and a flexible approach are required. You will be part of a team providing technical support and promoting our products and services. Travel throughout Scotland and Ireland is required, sometimes at short notice. On-call cover is also part of the role. Although the posts are advertised as based in Fort William, consideration will be given to applicants out the area who meet the required criteria.
