Role Summary

We are currently seeking high calibre Technology Strategy Consultants at all levels to help us drive business growth in CIO Advisory and Technology Strategy across multiple industry sectors. Our consultants combine industry and technology relevance with strong delivery experience, having backgrounds from either consulting, or from within industry.

We operate at a senior level, working with the C-suite, COO's, CIO’s, CTO’s, Functional Leads, Programme Directors and Programme Managers, seeking to support and influence our clients and drive success through accomplishing challenging change programmes.

You will be fundamental to leading and managing the delivery of these transformational projects by using your experience of how IT is managed and transformed in a complex business. You’ll also work closely with your colleagues across the UK contributing to our growth by sharing, collaborating and building the future of our business.

Key Accountabilities

All consultants are expected to demonstrate: (to varying levels dependent on grade)

  • A keen focus on business value - how to articulate it, measure it, track it and deliver it
  • Expert stakeholder management skills to C-level and across a range of business hierarchies and cultures, with the ability to develop long term trusted advisor relationships with clients
  • A drive to be an expert in your field, to look to share knowledge widely and be regarded as a thought leader
  • Flexibility around working location is essential, as day to day you will be working at client sites in London and around the UK, or from home
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capable of adapting approach and style to fit with client’s process and culture
  • A well organised problem solver with a structured approach
  • Enthusiasm, determination and the ability to work effectively, collaborating as part of a high performing team will be essential

Required Skills, Attributes & Experience:

  • A successful track record of leading and delivering IT transformation either within a consulting organisation or from industry
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Experience in one of the key areas:

We work in many sectors including financial services, insurance, retail, healthcare, education and manufacturing and whilst our focus is on a deep understanding of change and business transformation, a sector experience would be an advantage

  • IT Operating Model design and implementation including service integration
  • Sourcing strategy and sourcing execution
  • Architecture and Enterprise Architecture experience - especially Fintech
  • Knowledge of key technology trends such as software engineering, design thinking, AI, cloud, agile delivery, cyber security
  • Risk, Governance and Assurance expertise
  • A formal certification – e.g. SAFe, PMP, APMP, MSP or Prince2, TOGAF, Scrum, ITIL
