We're currently working alongside a leading Space and Defense Manufacturer in their search for a HR Business Partner. The role will be carried out with five days per week in the Cheltenham Office.


Our client is looking for this person to provide commercially focused advice and support to people leaders in all aspects of the employee life cycle including; recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent management, engagement, and well-being.


The ideal candidate:

  • Depth of generalist HR experience
  • Good stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of UK Employment Law
  • Experience working in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment.
