Copello are seeking a Software Developer to join our fintech team. You'll primarily develop new features and applications in Golang while maintaining a strong understanding of our existing PHP codebase to ensure seamless integration and modernization efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test scalable Golang solutions for financial applications.

Maintain and troubleshoot existing PHP code, ensuring stability.

Collaborate with engineers and product teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Participate in code reviews and promote best practices.

Stay updated on Golang advancements and relevant fintech trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

Essential

Golang development experience

Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns.

Familiarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).

Desirable

Experience with financial systems or applications.

Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, etc.).

Unit Testing during the development cycle

Proven experience with PHP.

Experience with PCI compliance.
