Job Description

Are you looking to join Renault Group to develop and achieve sales, quality and profitability objectives with the Alpine retail network? This position is the primary contact for our retail network for all sales related topics across both fleet and retail channels and will ensure delivery of retailer sales performance by model, channel and markets.


What will you be doing?


We are looking for someone to analyse and proactively manage retailer sales performance to achieve set targets. You will ensure local fleet channels are being maximized to local potential, using the programmes provided and ensure the sales management and lead conversion process is robust and performing to pre-determined levels. A key part of the role is to make sure that the correct operational tools and processes are in place in the network and used correctly. You will manage retailer stocks to ensure that actions are being taken to control correct stock levels, stock ageing and stock turn, plus ensure the correct level of resource and training is provided to each retailer. A core responsibility is to build a professional and motivational relationship with the retailer teams. The job holder will also support the effective management and evaluation of Alpine country commercial budget and provide relevant feedback on the efficiency of retailer programmes, competitor activity and market intelligence data, whilst ensuring all retailers have robust local marketing programmes to.


Success will be measured via new car sales volumes, market share, turnover, profit, aged stock levels, factory production filling, along with lead response and conversion rates.


Who are you?


The successful candidate will have experience in the automobile industry with their main focus on sales and business development. You are customer oriented and results driven. You have experience in field force management and a fast growth environment, able to create sustainable performance for the Company, relying on the team’s motivation through the implementation of the Alpine Way. You are commercially astute, have excellent project management skills and are adaptable and agile minded. You encourage initiative-taking and innovation.
