We have an opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join us at Radcliffe & Co, a leading provider of independent financial advice. With over 60 years of history, we provide informed, impartial and independent advice to both individual and corporate clients focusing on providing a personal service.

The role

We are looking for an experienced administrator to support our advisers to provide clients with a professional ongoing financial planning experience. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining our client database, new business and income request processing, application submission, arrange meeting and booking appointments. It is important that all regulatory and compliance standards are met, ensuring all clients are treated fairly at all times.

What is needed to be considered?

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will

  • Be highly organised and thorough with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Have the ability to work alone but also be a strong team player who is able to cope with multi-tasking and varying workloads
  • Be computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft applications
  • Have good attention to detail.
  • Have at least 5 years previous experience working in a financial services organization with knowledge of investment products ISAs, Pensions, Bonds
  • Experience of CRM systems,
  • Experience of Investment Platforms

What qualifications are required?

None required but must be willing to work towards a regulatory qualification
