South East England
Salary:
Up to £65,000
Opportunity Highlights:
·Support team leaders to effectively manage and develop their teams
·Business Partnering across multiple sites around Kent, Surrey & Sussex
Develop Managers and Heads of Department improving their people management capability through effective training, coaching and guidance
Within this role you will have the opportunity to work within a wider Human Resources function including Training and Development and Talent Acquisition.
We Seek:
Demonstrable experience within a Senior HRBP/HR Management level role
Hospitality or Retail background essential
CIPD level 5 qualified
Strong working knowledge of employment legislation
Experience of coaching and developing line managers
Full UK driving license and access to a car
