Our client is a leading national retailer, with over 800 stores and in excess of 7 million customers a day. They have been on an epic transformational journey over recent years, and are immensely proud of the culture that they have built within the business.

We are partnering with them to find their next experienced In Store Marketing Manager, to join their fast growing marketing team initially on a 12 month contract (with longer term potential on the horizon), with a focus on creating impactful campaigns that take their retail presence to the next level

Description

Within this role as In Store Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering the marketing that will be showcased within their retail network, that ultimately drives sales.

Working alongside the wider category, ops and marketing teams and external agencies, you'll be developing impactful campaigns that align with the corporate plans and brand guideline, and overseeing all POS, A-codes, stock and library management.

Responsibilities will include:

  • creating and delivering in-store marketing campaigns to drive spend, sales and enhance shopper experience
  • managing the relationship with design and print agency partners, overseeing the creation and production of POS
  • leading and developing a team of 2
  • managing an online ordering portal, to ensure that all information is readily available and accurate
  • ensuring the effective communication of briefs to the retail network for implementation
  • managing the in-store marketing budget
  • competitor analysis and review

Experience

To be considered for this position, you'll need to have experience in the following:

  • experience of managing a multi-million pound budget
  • experience of in-store marketing for a consumer facing or retail brand
  • extensive POS/ in-store experience
  • an eye for exceptional creative
  • team management experience
  • excellent stakeholder engagement skills

Remuneration

  • £44-46k base salary
  • Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 remote
