We're excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Principal (Inclusion and Safeguarding) to join our team in September
Reporting to the Principal, the Assistant Principal will oversee SEND and safeguarding strategies, cultivating an inclusive, tolerant, and positive culture that enhances student outcomes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and qualified individual with a strong vision, drive, and unwavering dedication to elevating standards for every student.

As our new Assistant Principal (Inclusion and Safeguarding) you will:
Demonstrate excellence in teaching and leadership, with a track record of raising achievement.
Exhibit a deep commitment to the learning, development, and emotional well-being of children.
Inspire and motivate others, embracing challenges with strategic thinking and innovation.
Drive positive change through effective planning and building upon existing good practices.
Possess outstanding organizational and communication skills, engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
Showcase a strong commitment to Child Protection and Safeguarding.
School Details Assistant Principal
Our Ofsted graded Good school, located in Croydon, is a special Free School catering to children and young people with autism and learning difficulties.
