Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Modeller specializing in Electronic Security systems to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining Building Information Models (BIM) using Revit software. This role requires a keen eye for detail, technical proficiency, and a solid understanding of electronic security systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Revit software.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and consistent model creation and updates.
- Integrate electronic security system designs into architectural, structural, and MEP models.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve design conflicts and ensure model integrity.
- Produce detailed drawings and documentation for electronic security systems.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM and Revit developments, standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit software with hands-on experience in BIM modelling.
- Excellent technical drawing and drafting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A strong knowledge of electronic security systems.
