What we are looking for

If you have experience in care, that’s a bonus If you are compassionate and empathetic in nature, able to build a good rapport & trust with clients and can work independently and as part of a team, we would love to hear from you

What you will be doing:

As a care and support worker you will be supporting individuals in their own homes, so that they can remain as independent as possible, whilst maintaining strong connections within the community.

This could include assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting and medication), helping with meal preparations, or going out shopping, or for a cup of tea and cake in Chudleigh
