PT Renewables are looking for a Senior Contract Manager to join a growing commercial team within the Rail industry.
The Role
This a brand new role within the commercial and contract team as company looks to grow and take on new clients.
Reporting directly to the Head of Contract Management, you'll be pivotal in ensuring the effective management of commercial contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the control of changes in project management, contract administration, and the reduction of risks in collaboration with team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Taking charge of the Early Warning and Compensation Event procedures to minimize potential losses.
- Assessing, formulating, and executing measures for controlling contract management to ensure adherence to efficient processes.
- Interacting with clients regarding contractual issues, including alterations to contracts, early warnings, and compensation events.
- Assuming the role of the primary Point of Contact for designated strategic accounts in supporting supply chain management.
The Person
- 5+ years of experience in a senior Contract Management position.
- Strong legal contract knowledge and application (specifically NEC3/4 and NR3/NR4).
- BSc (or equivalent) in Legal/Quantity Surveying/Project Finance.
- Experience managing commercial contracts with a minimum £10M commercial responsibility.
- Experience in the development and implementation of contract management processes.
