Your Role:

As a Case Handler/ Residential Conveyancing Paralegal, you’ll manage your own caseload of up to 75 files following successful training, including sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties, from quotation through to completion. You will handle every aspect of client interactions and ensure top-notch service throughout the conveyancing process.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Managing the exchange of contracts
  • Meeting telephony and conversion targets
  • Maximizing fee generation
  • Adhering to company policies and promptly addressing any issues
  • Collaborating with your team and other departments as needed


What they are looking for:

To succeed in this role, you should be proactive, results-driven, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You’ll need:


  • At least 2 - 4 years of experience assisting on caseload consisting of sales and purchases with a drive to want to become a fee earner with training
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • A good telephone manner and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with a case management system (Proclaim preferred)
