The role:


Are you a Litigation Solicitor with 4+ years PQE or a CILEX professional seeking a down-to-earth and friendly practice? If so, this reputable firm with multiple office locations in Cornwall would like to hear from you.


This firm is on the panel of a major legal expenses insurance provider, offering a varied and interesting range of cases. This will include high-value and complex commercial litigation, complex possession and property claims (including landlord and tenant matters), title rectification, professional negligence, trusts, commercial disputes, insolvency, and general litigation and dispute resolution advice.


The ideal candidate will have 4+ years PQE, but those with less experience are welcome to apply if interested. What's important is your ability to manage a busy, mixed caseload of litigation. You should be confident in your skills and abilities, able to work well as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and client care skills.
