Summary:

The Senior Solutions Architect will lead and guide the architecture and design of the Modern Workplace Domain, which includes end-user devices and services, collaboration tools across global teams, and Microsoft 365, with a focus on maximising the value from Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and influence the strategy for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools.
  • Drive architecture roadmaps aligned with business functions, with a focus on integrating and maximising Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  • Ensure technical integrity and quality of solutions across 8,000+ devices, including Windows, Mac, and Mobile platforms.
  • Develop architecture talent across the organisation through mentorship.
  • Collaborate with business units and product owners to embed technology solutions that enhance service delivery.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, influence company-wide technology investments, and ensure alignment with global standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the architecture practice and broader business.

Desirable Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in architecture with a focus on end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, and end-user device management across diverse platforms.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience in guiding transformational projects.
  • Ability to maximise Microsoft 365 to replace third-party tech solutions and support service delivery.
  • Experience managing large-scale device rollouts and supporting a diverse global user base.
  • Familiarity with tech platforms and experience integrating them into Microsoft 365.
