Knowledge Development Lawyer – Pensions (12-Month FTC)

Our client, a leading international City law firm is seeking a Pensions Knowledge Development Lawyer to join their leading Pensions Advisory Practice on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Role Overview:

  • Support Strategic Objectives: Maintain cutting-edge legal expertise in pensions and keep the team and clients up to date with the latest developments.
  • Legal Training: Organise and deliver training sessions, develop materials, and ensure access for all relevant practice groups.
  • Precedents & Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain key precedents, support knowledge management initiatives, and assist with know-how systems.
  • Client-Facing Activities: Draft legal updates, coordinate seminars, and engage in thought leadership to proactively communicate relevant legal developments to clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other practice groups, the Business Development team, and junior members to enhance client service and support cross-departmental training.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Ideally 8+ PQE with a solid background as a Pensions Solicitor or Pensions PSL/KDL gained at a Top 200 or international City law firm.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Passion for knowledge sharing, innovation, and staying updated on legal trends.
