What we're looking for:
Our mission is to help digitally native brands scale by enabling access to authentic content for their complete digital ecosystem while championing creators We are building a marketplace platform to connect DTC brands and content creators across beauty, lifestyle and wellness to deliver a consistent stream of UGC content, monthly.

What you'll do:
- Support our Creator Community lead to expand the relationship between ARAY and our creators including new business, expansion, and retention
- Support our creators with onboarding queries, ensuring they have support where needed to get up and running.
- Work collaboratively with our Creator Community Lead to troubleshoot any creator issues.
- Outreach, source and onboard new creators.
- Come up with an execute creative campaigns in order to help grow our socials and creator community.
- Be hot on the trends & support with creating content across our socials.
- Like any true start-up, no two weeks will be the same and a general interest in mucking in and just getting the job done is crucial
- Liase with brands in relation to creator selection and content delivery
Who we are looking for:
- 1+ year experience in a creative/influencer/account exec or similar role.
- Confident with shooting video content (and featuring in it for our socials)
- Growth mindset — dedicated to growing your skills as a professional
- Strong bias to action
- Previous experience working with brands across beauty, wellness and lifestyle is a plus but not essential
- Excellent verbal/written communicator
- Passion for digital content and the future of the creator economy with in depth understanding on content platforms e.g. TikTok
- You love connecting with people and creating meaningful relationships
- The idea of joining a high-growth startup and taking ownership of your role is exciting to you
