    • Electrical Shift Engineer is responsible for the day to day planned maintenance and reactive tasks within the total facilities management delivery team based at Festival Place Shopping Centre

    Shift Pattern of 4 Early shifts (6am to 3pm), 4 late shift (1pm to 10pm) and 4 rest days

    Salary circa £38K

    Holiday 25 days a year

    Bank holiday at double time if worked

    Job Responsibilities:

    Key Skills

    Low Voltage Installations, Maintenance and Repair

    Planned Preventive Maintenance to Equipment & Site Assets

    Reactive Works as reported across Festival Place

    Understanding of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments, COSHH Assessments

    IPAF 3A / 3b preferable but training available

    Personnel Requirements

    Proven knowledge of working previous in a similar role and environment

    Team Player, not only with direct colleagues but other members of the business

    Ability to work on own initiative, listen and a willingness to learn

    Good communication skills

    Strong customer focus & attitude

    Enthusiastic & Hardworking

    Good time Management & Keeping

    Electrical Qualification 18th Edition preferable

    General maintenance experience

Main Duties
  • Carry out Planned and Reactive Maintenance on all equipment as utilised by a large Shopping Centre. Be able to carry out installation works as required
