Key duties

  • Building models and processes in respect of new securitisation structure
  • Securitisation monitoring and model preparation
  • Build and maintain knowledge and understanding of new securitisation structure.
  • Management and preparation of external securitisation reporting
  • Monthly securitisation reporting preparation for private investors.
  • Prepare securitisation benchmarking analysis on a regular basis.
  • Preparation and monitoring of associated accounting entries
  • Maintain cash-flow models.
  • Assist in the execution and optimisation of the groups hedging strategy.
  • Prepare regular reporting and analysis to help the group maintain transparency over its funding position.

Requirements for the role:

  • Ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant and be experienced in a securitisation reporting.
  • Analytical background or evidence of spreadsheet analysis and interpretation
  • Good financial and credit modelling skills and experience in the development, delivery and validation of models
  • Ability to build good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and consultants/ advisers.
  • Knowledge of current economic and market trends
