Peaple Talent have partnered with an established organisation looking for a Service Desk Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the field and desk based Service Desk teams.
The Role:
- Lead and manage the team to support all IT Support Service aspects
- Monitor the quality of Service Desk interactions to ensure effective performance management and customer satisfaction
- Analyse processes, find alternative solutions and recommend new methods. Help set requirements for process changes
The Candidate:
- Significant experience managing a Global Service Desk team.
- Knowledge and experience of ITIL
- Strong analysis and reporting skills
The Package:
- Base salary: £60,000
- 25 days annual leave
- Cycle to Work scheme
- Onsite parking
