Role: Emerging Technology Lead
Location: London

What you will do:
Key responsibilities include identifying, assessing, and prioritising emerging technologies and solutions in the facilities management sector to enhance efficiency, improve customer experience, and reduce environmental impact. Developing and executing technology strategies, collaborating with internal teams for seamless integration, incubating proof of concept and piloting high ROI technologies, fostering relationships with technology partners, vendors, and research institutions, advocating for an innovation culture within the organization, and staying updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. Overseeing technology-related budgets and reporting on the progress and impact of technology initiatives to executive leadership.
Key interactions include working with Division/Business Unit Leaders, Management Teams, Group Ops and IS Management team, and Marketing and Communication Teams internally. Externally, interactions involve clients and partners.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate for the technology leadership role in facilities management should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with experience in a similar leadership role. You should have a successful track record in implementing and managing emerging technologies, strong knowledge of facilities management processes and industry trends, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Building professional relationships with external technology partners and stakeholders is necessary.
Responsibilities include complying with Group and company policies, reporting deficiencies in work systems or equipment, using equipment properly for health and safety, and ensuring information security compliance.
