Financial Accountant

Our client, a financial services business processing company in Crawley is seeking a Junior Accountant for a 6 month contract.
As Junior Accountant, you'll have the chance to play an important role in the financial operations of this high-growth group and work closely with key stakeholders across the business. This is a remote working position.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Cash flow monitoring
- producing management and annual reports
- reconciliations and general accounting tasks
- VAT preparation/ returns
- Posting adjustment entries
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Part qualified or newly qualified ACCA or relevant experience in role.
- Ideally you will have worked in a third party accounting role previously as you will be supporting client accounts.
- Security clearance would be desirable.
- Good experience in bookkeeping and finance processes.
- Familiarity with accounting systems such as Sun Accounts, Sage and excellent excel skills.
