We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial lawyer to join one of the UK's leading Commercial Projects teams to work on high profile and value projects including for the Government, contracting authorities and private sector clients.

This role will primarily working on public-private partnership arrangements in particular regarding the procurement of student accommodation by universities.

What we are looking for:-

5-10 years PQE (although we will consider candidates outside of this range if they have the right experience)

Relevant commercial contracts experience

Experience of working on project agreements in the PFI/PPP markets

Experience of public procurement processes

Experience of working with Universities is desirable but not essential

Candidates with experience of major real estate, forward funding or development agreements will also be considered

Strong drafting and negotiating skills
