My client is a leading provider of high quality surgical and diagnostic services for the NHS, across the UK in community settings.

They are looking for an interim matron to support with a geographical patch of surgical settings to support their sites. The right person for this role will need to have a firm understanding of theatres and surgical settings in the healthcare space.

The client are going through periods of growth, therefore having someone who is ambitious would be highly desirable.

Skills needed -

• Must be a qualified RGN or ODP
• Compassionate with superb leadership skills, from a healthcare setting (Hospital or Community)
• Positive energy with the ability to influence others
• Solid knowledge of IPC
• Experience of reviewing practices and suggesting better ways of working

The role is a hybrid role, with elements of on site working, head office and also opportunities for remote at home.

I would be interested in speaking with interims who are available immediately as my client are looking to appoint fast.

Day rate - £350 Inside IR35

Duration - 3 months initially
