About The Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Psychology Teacher to join our thriving department at a reputable secondary school in Islington, Central London. As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students by imparting your knowledge and passion for psychology at KS4 and KS5 levels.
Responsibilities
Delivering engaging and stimulating psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students
Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies aligned with the school's curriculum and assessment plans
Assessing student progress and providing personalized feedback to enhance their learning outcomes
Collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment
Contributing to the department's ongoing professional development initiatives
Qualifications And Experience
Degree in Psychology
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching psychology at KS4 and KS5 levels
Strong understanding of the latest psychological theories and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for inspiring and motivating students
