We are looking for a Nursery Room Leader to join one of the most recognisable and successful organisations in the childcare and early years sector, with over 50% of their nurseries rated Outstanding They differ to a lot of Nursery providers and have a truly unique purpose to have a positive social impact through their provisions across London.

Located in the heart of Teddington, not far from Queen’s Road and Teddington stations, this bright and spacious nursery has a large outdoor space, including three gardens and their very own allotment. Also situated right next to Bushy Park, children regularly visit the park, getting a close-up to nature and the great outdoors

*You will need:*
* A full and relevant level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
* Experience managing or leading in an Early Years/Nursery environment
* Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS Framework
* Proven experience and evidence of improving performance
* The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
* A passion for childcare and child development
