Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for a Registered Manager to join our team at one of our homes in Clifton, Nottingham.

As a Registered Manager at Monarch Healthcare, you will oversee all aspects of the day to day running of the home. This will include ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed, budgets are maintained, and all legal requirements are adhered to within defined timescales. We will look to you to lead the team, ensuring the delivery of quality care is maintained through assessment and supervision and achieve compliance with inspections, including CQC and Quality Monitoring.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, however, work outside of the agreed hours may be required to meet business needs, alongside on call duties. We are looking for a candidate with previous management experience, within a care setting, and experience of working with older people and people living with dementia.

Required: Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
