Planned Works Manager

Our client, based in Devon, is currently recruiting for a Planned Works Manager on a 6-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The daily rate available is circa £300 a day and due to be paid through an Umbrella Company.


The ideal candidate will have experience working on Retrofit/Decarbonisation projects, Cyclical Maintenance and line management experience.


Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing the Retrofit and Decarb works within domestic properties, including applying for grants and managing contracts for retrofit works
  • Directly line managing four surveyors and one technical officer
  • Overseeing all cyclical maintenance on domestic properties, including kitchen, bathroom, roofing and EICRs
  • Managing complaints from tenants
  • Providing advice and expertise relating to CDM
  • Procuring contracts for medium – large scale projects, and exercising budgetary management
