Job Description

Finance Transformation Consultant - R2R Accounting and ERP Implementation


NSCG, in collaboration with a leading consulting firm, is actively seeking a Finance Transformation Consultant with specialised expertise in R2R Accounting and ERP Implementation As a pivotal member of our finance transformation practice, you will drive high-impact technology-led projects for our esteemed clients.

Responsibilities:

ERP Transformation:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end ERP transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client objectives.
  • Optimize ERP processes through strategic guidance, leveraging industry knowledge and best-in-class methodologies.

Client Advisory:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique business needs.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to drive finance transformation, emphasizing R2R Accounting and ERP implementation (in particular SAP).

Leadership and Management:

  • Mentor and lead a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Manage successful project delivery, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure positive client outcomes.

Thought Leadership:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in finance transformation.
  • Contribute to thought leadership materials and provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in finance transformation,
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale finance transformation projects within a consulting environment
  • Understanding of finance systems, ERP solutions, and emerging technologies in the finance space
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining client relationships at various organizational levels
  • R2R Accounting and ERP implementation (in particular SAP).
