What is Noda?  

 

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to your bank account. With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next), we're seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to be part of our dynamic team based in UK or Europe.


Your mission/ What will you do? 


  • Achieving business goals and revenue targets in the region Expanding Noda presence in the market 
  • Participating in industry conferences 
  • Closing big personal deals 
  • Integration of at least 5 relevant clients in specified verticals per month 
  • Reporting on regional sales results 
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits 
  • Encourage communication between team members 

 

What are your skills and experience? 


  • 3+ years of management and leadership experience ( FinTech, Payments ) 
  • Proven experience in sales (with case examples) 
  • Relevant wide network in the region (with proof examples) 
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills 
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent English knowledge, both verbal and written 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools (experience in Salesforce will be a plus) 
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred will be a plus
