Are you an accomplished Payroll Manager with a knack for client management and team leadership?
If so, we've got an exciting opportunity for you
What You'll Require:
- Essential experience in either bureau or client settings.
- Implementation experience
- Previous managerial experience.
- Consistent employment history.
- Strong payroll compliance knowledge
- Profound knowledge of statutory payments is crucial.
- Proficient in payroll systems operation.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Efficiently oversee day-to-day payroll operations and lead a team of 1 direct reports.
- Manage your own client portfolio, handling end-to-end processing across various pay frequencies and year-end reporting.
- Establish quarterly objectives, conduct individual meetings, facilitate team gatherings, and train new team members.
- Ensure team performance aligns with KPIs and provide backup support for other payroll managers when needed.
- Supervise adherence to client policies, SLAs, and regulatory requirements regarding deadlines, security, etc.
- Assist the team with intricate queries, advanced payroll tasks, and process enhancements.
- Initiate small-scale projects to improve payroll functions and contribute to recruitment efforts.
