DescriptionPosition: FM EstimatorLocation: Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Hampshire (hybrid position)Duration: PermanentSalary: From 50,000 to 60,000 subject to experience levelWe are looking for an experienced Estimator within the Commercial Building Services Industry.This position will be working for a very well established building services company dealing with planned and reactive maintenance and projects for commercial sites across the South East.This position will involve carrying out Facilities Maintenance PPM Cost Estimation and Pricing and Contract Variations. Completing and submitting proposal and tender returns ensuring that they are done at the highest level.This is a remote based position, however they will be expected to attend head office one day a weekRequirementsProven track record dealing with FM EstimatingExperience in either electrical or mechanical estimatingGood knowledge of planned and reactive commercial worksAble to create tenders and proposalsGood understanding of commercial maintenance requirementsGood team playerHappy to attend the office one day a weekExperience in working on projects from 3K to 1 MillionPackageExcellent basic salary25 days holiday plus bank holidaysPensionRemote working opportunityDue to the nature of this position we do require this person to come from an FM background and not construction.If you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAP
