We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 3-month contract within a large insurance business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations (ER), adept at handling complex ER cases and grievances, and will have worked in a high volume environment.



Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.

The role is based in Stockport (2 days per week in the office), is inside IR35 and is paying between £215-315 per day.


Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in employee relations
  • Proficiency in managing complex ER cases and grievances
  • Ability to handle large volumes of cases
  • Based near Stockport/Manchester
