Application Support Specialist/App Support Analyst

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Application Support Specialist/App Support Analyst to join our London based firm on initial 3 month contract.

Application Support Specialist/App Support Analyst

Summary:

• Gain an in depth understanding of a bespoke Valuations platform to provide support to the

Business.

• Installing, configure, maintain, update and support the key business applications in use.

• Providing a high level of customer service and support to all system users which includes

as part of a team owning and efficiently managing all incidents escalated to them, liaison

with 3rd line teams (Infrastructure and Development) and/or external parties, ensuring

resolution.

• Testing of new and existing systems is required to ensure application integrity,

robustness and quick incident diagnosis.

• Maintain regular open dialog with senior members of the Business Systems Department to

ensure they remain up to date on new and existing issues.

Application Support Specialist/App Support Analyst

Experience required:

• Experience with CRM/D365 Sales is a must.

• Ability to communicate effectively in person, verbally and in writing.

• Comfortable in taking sole ownership and accountability of tasks, managing them until

completion.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.

• Can delegate tasks, where appropriate, and work under pressure.

• Able to think logically and independently.

• Reliable, tolerant, and determined.

• Happy to embrace new experiences and responsibilities
