An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Software Engineer / Senior Software Developer to join a highly reputable company whose software products are used by customers across the UK.

The company is committed to internal training and career progression, as well as fostering diversity and inclusion within their technology teams.

The role offers a hybrid working structure, with two days per week in the office, and the modern offices are easily accessible from Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole, and Salisbury areas.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join an Agile team to develop the company's SaaS products and new features using Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NetCore, SQL, and Azure.

Essential requirements:

  • A background in C# and SQL software development (3+ years of experience)
  • Commercial experience with .NetCore or MVC
  • A passion for writing high-quality code and following best practices, such as SOLID principles
  • Experience mentoring or leading Software Engineers
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Desirable skills:

  • Understanding of Agile and DevOps processes
  • Commercial experience with Azure
  • Ability to take ownership of projects

All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and be UK-based.
