Job Description

NEXA is looking for a HubSpot CRM Manager - Onboarding & Web Projects to join our CRM team in UAE. This is a role for a potential candidate who has experience in being responsible for the setup, maintenance, and optimisation of the HubSpot CRM system and is a strategic contributor in improving customer journeys and driving business growth. Since we’re focused on outcomes and growth, you’ll be directly elevating how NEXA leverages HubSpot and related technologies. You will help our clients get started with HubSpot’s CRM platform and play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:


CRM Development and Implementation:

  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand their needs and recommend best practices for using HubSpot CRM.
  • Creating and managing workflows, email campaigns, and other systems automations within HubSpot.
  • Analysing CRM data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Building reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs.
  • Developing handover documents at the end of each onboarding summarising all of the onboarding project work for the client.


HubSpot Website Projects

  • Collaborate with web developers to design and build high-converting websites within the HubSpot CMS.
  • Ensure website setup adheres to best practices for SEO and lead generation.
  • Manage the client and their expectations in line with the contract deliverables and ensure this is followed by the internal team.
  • Ensure that all deliverables for the website are completed and are in-line with the requirements and expectations of the client.
  • Quality check the work that’s been done by the team to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell HubSpot onboarding to website clients.


System Administration and Configuration:

  • Setting up and customising HubSpot CRM to meet the specific needs of a client. This includes creating custom fields, modules, and workflows.
  • Managing user access and permissions within the CRM system.
  • Ensuring the CRM integrates seamlessly with other business tools the company uses.


Training and Support:

  • Acting as a go-to person for HubSpot CRM within the company, answering questions and providing guidance to clients and colleagues within NEXA.
  • Developing and delivering training sessions on how to use HubSpot CRM effectively.
  • Monitor client progress, troubleshoot any issues, and offer ongoing support to ensure they're maximizing the value of the platform.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot CRM features and updates, continuously improving onboarding strategies.


Required Skills

  • Ability to guide and explain to clients the setup process and be able to confidently demonstrate HubSpot’s functionalities and features.
  • Walk clients through technical aspects and provide strategic guidance.
  • Actively listen to and understand a client’s business goals, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Recommend strategies to leverage HubSpot effectively to achieve optimal results.
  • Provide training to equip clients with the knowledge and skills to use HubSpot effectively.
  • Lead project teams, monitor progress, address issues, and offer support to help clients maximise their ROI from HubSpot.
  • Be proactive in picking up HubSpot knowledge and applying critical thinking/problem-solving skills to manage complex HubSpot implementations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience (preferably at an agency).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Technology, Computer Science or related field.
  • Solid understanding of HubSpot CRM and its functionalities; including Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs.
  • Experience with other CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Braze, Zoho, Odoo, Adobe Campaigns/Marketo) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of developer tools, API integrations, and/or webhook would be considered a plus.
  • Proven ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal, to convey technical information to non-technical users (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to professionally interact with all staff and management members.
  • Tech savviness and the ability to quickly and constantly learn new products and processes.
  • Can manage simultaneous software implementations for multiple clients.
  • Can deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software.
