About the company:

Our partner is a leading consultancy company, that prides themselves on being a close-knit, informal company that fosters a collaborative environment and emphasizes excellence in every aspect of its operations. One of their core specialties lies in conducting comprehensive reviews of the boards of larger companies, where it excels in uncovering insights into their performance and identifying areas of concern. They are seeking for a talented candidate to join the team.

About the role:

As a Management Consultant, you'll play a key role in their expanding Board Review practice, where you will evaluate the performance of top European companies' Boards of Directors. Working closely with the experienced Partners and Associates, you'll gain exposure to diverse client projects, research initiatives, data analysis, and business development activities. Your role will be tailored to your skills and preferences, offering significant responsibility from the outset. Being part of their small, agile team, serving leading company boards, presents ample opportunities for your development as a proactive individual.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent English writing skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Gather and analyse data to identify business challenges, opportunities, and trends.

• Manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

• Take ownership of your career development by seeking feedback, pursuing learning opportunities, and continuously improving your consulting skills and knowledge.

• Develop innovative solutions to complex business problems, leveraging your analytical and critical thinking skills.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and eagerness to contribute to the team.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects.

• Strong organisation and project management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary of £50-60K.

• Very generous holiday entitlement.

• 40 days holiday (not including bank holiday).
