Responsibilities:


  • Develop and enhance credit risk strategies for their unsecured portfolio.
  • Analyse data using SQL to identify trends, assess risk, and optimize portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor credit policies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management to drive business growth while managing risk effectively.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices.



Requirements:


  • Extensive experience in credit risk analysis within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field. Postgraduate qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
