iO Associates is looking for a Senior BIM Engineer to work with a global engineering company based in Plymouth which specializes in managing complex assets and infrastructure. They focus on providing a range of service solutions to enhance their customer's defence capabilities and critical assets.
In this role, you will be:

  • Supporting the project's BIM modelling and coordination efforts while working under the Task Team Manager's and BIM Manager's supervision.
  • Modelling writing, federation, clash management, H&S in BIM, COBie, IFC, and classification delivery are all part of this function.
  • Maintaining a specific and organised set of BIM objects inside a larger BIM data set will be your responsibility.


You bring proven knowledge and experience in:

  • Background in design and construction, such as civil, structural, architectural, and MEP, or anything comparable.
  • Familiar with ISO 19650 standards.
  • Good experience in design and construction.
  • Demonstrable experience in BIM process.
