Position Overview:

Our client is currently seeking a talented Employment Lawyer to join their dynamic team in London. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor with experience in employment law to work on a diverse range of matters and contribute to the firm's continued success in this field.





Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including employment contracts, discrimination, dismissal, and workplace policies.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and settlement agreements.
  • Represent clients in employment tribunal proceedings and other dispute resolution forums.
  • Advise clients on compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in employment law and provide guidance to clients on emerging legal issues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing responsive and commercially-focused legal advice.





Qualifications:

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law.
  • Strong academic background with a law degree from a reputable institution.
  • Solid experience working in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department, handling employment law matters.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply legal principles to complex situations.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Membership of the Law Society of England and Wales or equivalent professional body is desirable.
