Body Zest are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Podiatrist to join their growing team.

Location: Banstead- Surrey/London border. Lots of local restaurants and quick access to the city. Outside ULEZ. Free staff parking.

Job description

Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions and injuries

- Perform surgical procedures for ingrown toenails as necessary

- Prescribe medications and orthotics

- Provide patient education on foot care and preventive measures

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:

- Podiatry Degree- Bsc (Hons) minimum

- License to work as podiatrist in the UK

- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team

Must-have skills:

- Proficient in performing foot and ankle examinations and assessments.

- Competent in diagnosing and treating all areas of routine foot care.

- Knowledgeable in prescribing appropriate medications for pain management and infection control.

Attractive skills:

- Familiar with the use of orthotics and other assistive devices for foot support and alignment.

- Experienced and proficient in in-grown toenail surgery.

Salary: From £31.00 per hour
