Your Journey
As an Early Years Educator (Level 2/3) at Fennies, you'll build strong bonds with children and families, assist with daily routines, and use your knowledge of child development to assess progress. Supporting the Room Leader, you'll model best practices, maintain confidentiality, and communicate effectively with parents. You'll engage respectfully with children, plan challenging activities, and document observations using Famly. Health and safety are paramount; you'll ensure cleanliness, adhere to dietary requirements, keep attendance records, and administer medication and First Aid as needed. You'll complete mandatory training, attend staff meetings, and need to engage in professional development opportunities to ensure high-quality practice.
