An environmental services organization based in the UK is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their performance team to help promote their journey of biodiversity and restoring natural habitats. They use advanced AI/ML technology to help analyze various types of data to determine the biodiversity of different environments.

Responsibilities

• Propose, develop and deploy new features that provide customer value
• Occasional on-call responsibilities to ensure that the platform is robust
• Navigate tricky architectural questions or complex engineering tasks.
• build scalable full-stack solutions using Python, typescript and cloud platforms

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years experience working in a professional environment with the appropriate technical stack
• Proficient in Python/Django
• Proven experience building and deploying features that deliver customer value
• Experience with front end frameworks such as React, Angular and/or Vue
• DevOps experience using tools and platforms such as AWS, terraform, Kubernetes, Docker
• Experience using Linux
• UK Citizen - without the need for sponsorship or visa
• Fluent English communication skills

This role would be working on a remote basis, however, the successful candidate must still be based in the UK and be a UK citizen.
