Ready for a new adventure? We are searching for an incredible *CATERING TEAM LEADER* to contribute to our guest dining experience at our stunning activity centre Winmarleigh Hall, which is nestled in beautiful Lancashire
* Fixed Term Contract until 17/11/2024
* Earn up to £29,302.20 per annum
* Working an average of 42 hours per week over 5 days with the opportunity for voluntary paid overtime at specified times, particularly during our busy periods

*THE ROLE*

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you’ll be leading a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining room is clean and inviting, the food tasty and appealing, and our guests happy and well looked after.

*IS THIS YOU?*

*​*You’ll need great interpersonal skills to assist and engage with our guests, leadership ability to inspire and lead your team, and confidence to handle complex dietary & allergen requirements and maintain excellent food safety standards and procedures.

​We’re looking for individuals with three or more months experience within a catering role and a level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety. Experience of working with young people and supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential for this position.
