The purpose of the position:

As an International Asset Manager you will play a pivotal role in evaluating and managing the residual value risk associated within our Healthcare leasing assets. The primary focus will be on assessing future fair market values, conducting market research, and pricing available assets for remarketing to ensure optimal decision-making and risk mitigation strategies. Additionally, the Asset Manager will be overseeing our portfolio of service partners.

This position can be based everywhere in Europe where we have an office (Our International Locations).


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Evaluate Future Fair Market Values: Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of future fair market values for Healthcare assets across diverse markets and regions
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to inform pricing strategies and risk assessment models
  • Remarketing Assets: Develop remarketing techniques and methodologies for available Healthcare assets based on market insights, demand forecasts, and risk profiles
  • Country-Specific Asset Evaluation: Tailor asset evaluation and pricing strategies to account for unique market conditions and regulatory frameworks in each country
  • Data Management: Oversee the data entry process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of asset-related data from various sources
  • Portfolio Management: Manage relationships and contracts with service partners, including maintenance providers and asset management firms, to ensure optimal performance and service delivery
  • Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Identify potential risks associated with asset valuation, pricing, and market dynamics, and develop proactive risk mitigation strategies
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to align asset management strategies with business objectives and priorities
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and performance metrics to track asset performance, pricing effectiveness, and portfolio risk exposure
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and refine asset management processes, pricing models, and risk assessment methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness


Requirements for your success:

  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in the asset finance industry or a similar role
  • You are used to work in an international environment, preferably with knowledge in the IT sector
  • Excellent statistical, mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English language
  • Organised, self-motivated and independently working personality
  • A track record of project delivery within a continuous-improvement driven environment
