Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.


Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment

- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues

- Weld and fabricate parts as needed

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks

- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies


Experience:

- Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings

- Experience with logic controllers is a plus

- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and external vendors

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train other maintenance staff
