Since 1992, AEC has provided a broad range of acoustics services including building, architectural, planning, environmental, vibration, and industrial assessments. The company offers practicable and cost-effective acoustic design solutions and works closely with design teams to meet project deadlines.


Role Description


We are currently looking for consultants at all grades from Graduate to Senior.


This is a full-time role that will involve day-to-day tasks such as providing acoustic advice and testing, conducting architectural acoustics assessments, vibration control, environmental noise analysis, and report writing. The role is based in Stockport with flexibility for remote work.


Requriements

  • Architectural Acoustics and Vibration Control skills
  • Experience in conducting acoustic assessments
  • Environmental Noise analysis skills
  • Strong report writing abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Membership in The Institute of Acoustics (IOA) is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Acoustic Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • Full UK driving licence
