Understand candidate needs and provide tailored solutions

Identify growth opportunities and develop placement strategies

Ensure candidate satisfaction and retention

Prioritise workload to ensure premium service is delivered to candidates while under pressure

Ensuring quality of sale and compliance standards are met throughout

Achieve set KPIs and personal objectives in line with company policies and procedures

Your Background:

Proven experience in the medical recruitment sector, supplying to the NHS

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

Ambitious and driven attitude

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
