The Content Executive will be responsible for developing and executing compelling content that aligns with each of our four brands Huntress, Birchrose Associates, Merrifield Consultants and NextGen Teachers, engaging with their target audience. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent writing skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media, and a passion for creating impactful and relevant content. The Content Executive will collaborate with each of the teams and Senior Marketing Executive, to ensure content consistency and alignment with overall marketing initiatives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation

Develop high-quality and engaging content for various marketing channels, including but not limited to, website, social media, articles, email campaigns, and print materials.

Write clear, concise, and compelling copy that resonates with the target audience and aligns with each of the brand’s voice.

  • Content Strategy

Collaborate with the Managers and existing Marketing team to develop content strategies that support overall marketing objectives and drive brand awareness.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.

Push creative campaigns and ideas to each brand ensuring we are producing regular engaging content to align with the overall marketing strategies.

  • Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating and curating content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends. Implementing a social media calendar for each brand will be key. Proficiency with Canva is a must, Adobe Premier Pro desired.

  • SEO Optimisation and PPC

Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve online visibility.

Proficient knowledge on the PPC process and implementation via Google Ads, Facebook and LinkedIn

  • Performance analytics and reporting on ROI

Monitor and analyse the performance of content using relevant tools and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to each of the brands.

Use performance analysis and data as a springboard for new ideas

  • Budget

You will collaborate with your Manager on the budget for social media spend across the year and ensure each campaign has been allocated efficiently.
